Ben is a builder and strategist focused on helping mission-driven organizations develop sustainable revenue models. As Venture Manager at the Full Spectrum Venture Studio, he works with nonprofit and movement partners to design and launch earned revenue strategies that support long-term independence and growth. He is currently serving as COO of Just.Safe.Food and is the founder of Proximate Press. He previously led communications and strategy at the NAACP and Center for American Progress.

Stuart has been a founder, organizational consultant, operator and angel investor. He was also a Managing Partner at Evolution, one of the most established coaching firms serving venture-backed and PE-portfolio companies. Over more than a decade of work with founders, CEOs, and executive teams, Stuart has developed a clear view of what separates the leaders who build durable companies from those who stall. His practice integrates the Leadership Circle Profile, Enneagram, Strozzi-based somatic methods, systemic constellations, and Integral theory, applied to the real conditions executives face when scaling teams, navigating board dynamics, replacing co-founders, or making the shift from operator to CEO. He brings the same lens to his role as an advisor and board contributor, with particular interest in governance, executive team formation, and the conditions that turn a strong founding team into a company that scales. Stuart publishes The Adaptive Loop, a newsletter for senior leaders on navigating complexity, and writes regularly on AI, organizational design, and the structural shifts shaping the next decade of company building.

Scout O'Beirne (she/her) is a 2026 MBA graduate of UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business whose work is driven by a single conviction: technology and enterprise can be powerful forces for good, but most companies are not structured to act on it. Before business school, she spent a decade in the startup and tech world—co-founding a venture, leading operations across early-stage companies and accelerators, and managing people and programs at scale—where she saw firsthand how ownership and incentive structures determine whether a business serves its people and planet or only its shareholders. At Haas, she co-founded the Beyond Capitalism Club, designed and taught a student-led course on alternative ownership models (worker co-ops, ESOPs, perpetual purpose trusts, and community wealth), helped advance the school's Race Inclusion Initiative, and worked with the Ownership Capital Lab on its campaign to move $1B into employee ownership. Her mission is to build a just economy and a just transition by reimagining how private entities are owned and governed—shifting incentives so that businesses work better for people and planet, and so that more wealth and power return to the communities that create it.
