The FS Accelerator Program is a learning and action journey that supports community and ecosystem stewards at every stage of development in designing and managing integrated capital funds, incubating and accelerating enterprises, and implementing community economic infrastructure to restore collective stewardship of land, labor, and capital.

The work embodies Full Spectrum’s focus on community ownership and community wealth building rooted in our framework of integrated and transformative power – economic, political and cultural power. 

The Accelerator is designed to meet stewards where they are — supporting participants to break free from extractive systems, dream expansively, and own the institutions that can hold their visions for community wealth and power.

Cohort members represent a growing field of leaders advancing community ownership, land rematriation, entrepreneurial ecosystems, reparative finance, and healing-centered economic models. Together, they are developing the structures, relationships, and pathways that shift capital flows, root wealth locally, and advance a Just Transition.
